Pricing & Policies

Pricing for services: 

DISCOVERY CALL, 15 minutes: FREE

THERAPY: 

    • New client 1-on-1 session, 90 minute: $165
    • Established regular client session1-on-1, 60 minutes: $95
      • 3 regular 60 minute sessions package after new client session completed: $270
      • Other packages available, pricing on request
    • Private 1-on-1 sound healing meditation journey, 75 minutes: $125
      • Packages available, pricing on request
    • GROUP sound healing meditations and yoga therapy including corporate wellness programs, pricing on request for customized programs

ACADEMY:

    • Academy Office hours – FREE
    • Private 1-on-1, private mentoring/coaching student session, 30 minutes: $45
    • Private 1-on-1, private mentoring/coaching student session, 45 minutes: $65
    • Packages available, pricing on request
    • GROUP trainings and masterclasses, pricing varies by event. Please see course listings.

Payment, cancellations, and refunds:

This policy on payment and scheduling establishes both the payment policy and the cancellation policy.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due in full upon booking your appointment.

RESCHEDULING:

Sometimes life happens and appointments need to be rescheduled. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance at no additional charge. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance results in a $20 rescheduling fee at your therapist’s discretion.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to receive a full refund of payment. Cancellations less than 24  hours from the scheduled appointment are refunded 50% of the fee.

No-shows to scheduled appointments are charged 100% of the fee.

REFUNDS:

No refunds are given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with services rendered, please talk to your therapist.

INSURANCE BILLING:

True Harmony Yoga Therapy does not bill insurance companies in any circumstances. The only document provided is a receipt with specific codes if applicable, and receipts are emailed once per month. Clients have been successful in receiving reimbursement from their insurance companies in the past. Talk to your insurance company to see if yoga therapy is covered for your medical condition.
