COMING 2024: PranaSing™ Masterclass Series – Vocal-toning for Vitality
Prana is the Sanskrit word for life-force energy, for vitality. In modern understanding of the term ‘prana,’ we think of it as the breath. Ancient yogis knew that the voice and the breath are keys to vibrant well-being. They honed the practices of mantra, pranayama, and meditation to experience liberation of the mental body, pranic body, and emotional body. BUT, it is not necessary to learn Sanskrit to use this ancient wisdom to stimulate vitality in your experience and to help others do the same.
When we have physical, mental, or emotional blockages in the flow of life-force energy, we experience a block in the flow of well-being. Our freedom to release our full expression is inhibited. PranaSing™ is a method which uses the energy of the breath and the voice to free the flow of energy with vocal toning practices which regenerates vitality.
