Learning opportunities I provide in therapeutic sound come through an integrated lens of my university training as a classical musician and music educator, my background as a health and wellness coaching professional, my experience as a teacher, as well as my extensive training and experience as a complementary therapist.

Students receive:

  • Instruction in sound healing and yoga as somatic embodiment and self-regulation tools as well as sound meditation design and facilitation for groups and individuals

  • Technique instruction on a variety of sound healing instruments based on principles of musicality and music theory, motor learning, and voice science

  • Evidence-based curriculum from the fields of neuroscience, biology, physics, music education, & music therapy

  • The lenses of yoga, metaphysics, and yoga therapy in sound healing

  • Application of science, technique, and sound healing therapy for both general and specific needs

  • Trauma-sensitive and nervous system-informed sound healing training

  • A safe learning environment and resources to facilitate learning

  • Continuing education credits

  • PRIVATE  MENTORING AND COACHING:

    • While many of the courses and trainings I offer are in partnership with yoga schools, my private coaching/mentorship/lesson sessions can be scheduled through this site after booking a free 15 minute discovery call.
